This is not a video chat with the physician. No refunds will be given for the consultation. There is no guarantee that you will not need to schedule an in-office appointment with a physician. Some procedures, if recommended, require in-person appointments, such as in the case that a patient needs a biopsy or does not respond to treatment. New nails can take up to one year to grow back. We recommend monitoring the patient’s progress and scheduling a new consultation with progress photos after starting treatment.
